“Keri Shee brings a rare form of unconditional acceptance to the therapeutic relationship. I began working with Keri at a very vulnerable moment in my life. She met me with a pure and open heart, fully welcoming all of my challenging emotions. In addition, she skillfully guided my nervous system into a more stable state, allowing true healing to occur. Keri Shee is a gem of a human being and an incredible therapist. I highly recommend working with here. You will be changed for life.” — CP

Consulting for Schools and Organizations

Whether supporting a Head of School search, strategic plan development, or values clarification process, I help schools and organizations move from fragmentation toward coherence.

My approach integrates:

  • Short reflective prompts for faculty and staff

  • Student writing circles around belonging, challenge, or growth

  • Board reflection prompts before strategic conversations

In the space between hope and friction, identity questions surface. Stakeholders carry competing fears and aspirations. I integrate structured reflective writing into mission, vision, and values processes to deepen listening and surface shared meaning.

Writing slows reactive conversation; through guided prompts, narrative inquiry, and facilitated reflection, stakeholders can articulate what they care about, so their stated commitments go beyond aspirational statements and are felt, lived, and trusted.
